Volunteer Commitment Requirement:
Our program runs on volunteer support from our families. To ensure a successful season for all athletes, each family is required to complete 5 volunteer hours during the season.
Volunteer opportunities will be available throughout the season and may include:
-Game day support (snack stand, field prep, chains, player counts, etc.)
-Assistance with Braves events and activities
At registration, you may choose to opt out of the volunteer requirement by paying a $150 Volunteer Opt-Out Fee for the season.
If you do not opt out and do not complete your required 5 volunteer hours by the end of the season, your account will be invoiced $150.
Funds collected from opt-outs will be used to staff open volunteer roles, including hiring high school students when needed.
Fundraising Expectations:
Fundraising plays a critical role in supporting the organization. It allows us to improve facilities, invest in equipment such as new helmets and cheer mats, and enhance the overall experience for our athletes.
All families are expected to support fundraising efforts throughout the season. This goes beyond fundraising tied to national competition travel.
Team Placement:
Assignment of athletes is ultimately determined by coaching staff based on team needs, skill evaluation, and available roster spots.

Play It Forward Scholarship Program
The Play It Forward Scholarship Program is designed to help ensure every child has the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances. Through this program, families can apply for financial assistance or a structured payment plan to help manage the cost of registration.
We understand that every situation is different. Assistance may be awarded as full or partial scholarships, or through flexible payment options with all balances due by July 15, 2026, the start of the season.
All applications are reviewed confidentially and evaluated based on individual need and available program funding. Scholarship funds are limited, and awards may vary to support as many families as possible.
Families receiving assistance may be asked to support the organization through volunteer participation during the season.
Important: A separate application must be submitted for each child requesting assistance.
Applications are being accepted through May 31, 2026. Our team will review all submissions, and decisions will be communicated during the first week of June. Every applicant will be notified of their status.
