sideline behavior policy

Assault, physical or verbal, on fellow spectators, players, coaches, etc will NOT be tolerated at any level. Please do not threaten, insult, or make any negative remarks to the game officials.  All complaints should be in writing or by attending a league meeting. Complaints other than in this fashion will not be honored.

As stated in the Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form, Failure to abide by these expectations are grounds for removal from competition. Pop Warner reserves the right to remove individuals or the entire team. Depending on the infraction, a one-year ban from Pop Warner events and programs will be considered. A repeat offense of the same infraction may result in a permanent ban. All removals will be without refund. 

Alcohol and smoking policy

Consuming alcoholic beverages and smoking is strictly prohibited at all times. This includes all playing fields, the snack stand, and practice fields. This policy includes home and away games. Any member who is observed consuming alcohol or smoking in any of these places will be asked to leave immediately. Furthermore, due to safety concerns, anyone who is visibly intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

refund policy

– Full refund available through May 31st (minus service fees)

– Through July 31st: 75% Registration Refunded (minus service fees)- Fundraiser and Uniform fee will not be refunded

– August 1st – August 15th: 50% Registration Refunded (minus service fees)- Fundraiser and Uniform fee will not be refunded

– After August 15th: No refund available

return check policy

The Souderton Braves will assess a $30 fee on any check that has been returned due to insufficient funds.

Personal checks are accepted by the Braves. However, should the check be returned from the bank for whatever reason, the issuer will be notified and informed they have ten (10) days to make *restitution, including any related fees, to prevent any further collection activity. Payment for a returned check must be received in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or money order. A personal check will not be accepted as repayment for a returned check.
